Historia andante.

"The story really begins in 1835, when Harriet was just five and about the size of a dinner plate. She was discovered by Charles Darwin when he landed at the Galapagos archipelago. Darwin was fascinated by the Galapagos tortoises, especially when he noticed that the different islands apparently contained distinct sub-species adapted to each island's particular conditions. This was one of many observations that led him to formulate his theory of evolution."

El ser vivo más antiguo de la tierra, con el permiso de Sara Montiel, Harriet, una tortuga, murió ayer. No ha habido tanto bombo como cuando cascó una folclórica de lo más casposo (una buena voz desaprovechada) pero este animal llevaba andando por este mundo 176 años, y más que habría vivido si no le da un ataque al corazón, cosa que no me extraña si lleva uno 176 tacos viendo las animaladas que ocurren en este planeta que poco a poco nos vamos cargando.
